The Hearth and De La Raíz present stories and music by local residents affected by the Almeda fires. Focused on experiences of resiliency, courage, and hope, the evening offers a selection of stories from our Spanish and English speaking communities here in Southern Oregon (with bilingual translations by Ivonne Martinez-Razo). Hosted by Mark Yaconelli and Erica Ledesma, the gathering was filmed at Camelot Theatre in Talent, Oregon. All donations for this event benefit Rogue Valley Fire Relief Fund. Tellers include Judith Corona Chavez, Darby Ayers-Flood, Estefania Ortiz-Madera, Elib Crist-Dwyer, Leonso Solis, and Misty Muñoz. Musicians include Juan Sauceda and Sage Meadows.
